FOCUS PARK

In 2021 r. the expansion of the Focus Mall Zielona Góra shopping center was completed, the main contractor of which was our Partner - Mostostal Warszawa. The task was to revitalize and arrange the historic buildings of the 19th-century Polish Wool factory complex and to add a new part, including multi-storey car parks and two storeys of the gallery. For this investment, on behalf of Mostostal Warszawa, we made teletechnical installations in the design and build formula. Our work included the design and installation of the Voice Alarm System, Fire Alarm System, Access Control, CCTV with the function of counting people and reading tables, Intercom, LAN, CO and LPG detection systems.
Kepler Science Center - Venus Planetarium

The Kepler Science Center - Planetarium WENUS was an important project for Zielona Góra and the surrounding area. The main contractor was Skanska, which undertook the design and execution of construction works, the design and installation of projection equipment, the reconstruction and construction of the former Wenus cinema building together with the reconstruction and construction of the associated technical, communication and parking infrastructure. As a subcontractor, we have performed tasks in the field of: automation of air handling units, automation of air conditioning installations, BMS, LAN, CCTV, Intrusion and Burglary Signaling System, Access Control, Fire Alarm System, Smoke Ventilation System, Sound System.
National Museum in Szczecin — Dialogue Center "Przełomy"

Dialogue Center in Szczecin is a two-story building in the center of Szczecin, which is used to conduct the activities of the National Museum. It was an important investment and implementation, both for us and for our Partner - Skanska. On the above-ground floor there are: an entrance hall, a cloakroom, a cash register, a cafe with facilities, office and security rooms. On the underground level, an exhibition hall was built - a place of permanent exhibition together with a room of temporary exhibitions. As part of the implementation, at the request of the main contractor, we prepared designs and carried out the assembly of the Fire Alarm System, Burglary and Robbery Signaling Systems, Access Control and CCTV.

It was one of our largest projects, not because of the size, but because of the complexity of the work. The Santander building (formerly BZWBK) is a complex facility in terms of building automation. For our contribution to the implementation of this investment, we received two important distinctions from SIEMENS: for the Best Company in the Field of Automation and for the Best Company in the Field of Fire Safety Systems.
Toms factory

Nowa Sól is dynamically developing its industrial zone attracting new investors. Between 2018 and 2019, the Toms industrial plant was built there. The implementation included the construction of the factory with buildings and accompanying infrastructure. At the request of the main contractor, Adamietz, we equipped the plant with: Fire Alarm System, Access Control, LAN, CCTV, Building Automation System.
