At each stage of the recruitment process, you will be informed about what happens next. We are glad that you are interested in the profile of our company and our team. We are also curious about you.

STAGE II

The preselection
interview

The recruiter will call you to find out your motivation for changing jobs and ask a few questions about your experience, expectations and openness to changing jobs. After the interview, the recruiter will prepare a note and present it to HM – the hiring manager (the manager/director who is expanding their team). Soon you will receive information about the date of the next meeting.

STAGE III

Interview

We will talk about the possibilities of cooperation and your competences. There are always two people involved in the conversation – the hiring manager (the person inviting you to work in a managerial position) and the recruiter. For senior positions, a director or board member may attend the meeting. Our goal is to get to know each other – competences, potential, motivation. You can prepare your own questions, we will answer all of them.
